  Quest - do better and staff your clinics properly or stop walk-ins altogether. There is one lady who works there in one of the busiest parts of the city… I feel bad for her and she clearly is stressed out. I got there first thing in the AM when the clinic opened and waited 2 hours to be seen… she gave me a lecture about making an an appointment which I would love to do, but my doc sent my labs in and told me to get them completed immediately and appointments are booked out for two weeks in any Quest location in the Bay Area. You would think there’s enough demand to hire another phlebotomist?

  . this place only has one person to draw the blood. I am there from 9 to 12 without having blood test so i left

  Don't even think about NOT making an appointment. You will need one. Also their computer systems are causing all kinds of problems.
