  Came to get blood drawn and she poked me twice, both painfully and didn’t get what she needed. Regularly have blood drawn with no issues. Waste of time.

  The phlebotomist was excellent. However, the office itself was sloppy and dilapidated. Cords were strewn about, the walls were scuffed, the signage was poorly done, and the check‑in iPad barely worked, with no staff available to assist.
