  super impressed with this clinic. the communication was seamless, the space is beautiful, and the staff were warm and professional throughout! i came in for a full consultation covering veneers, whitening, filing, and invisalign. i don't have major dental issues, so i was mostly focused on aesthetics - and they had great options. they took the time to walk me through everything without being pushy. really glad i found this place and looking forward to continuing treatment here!! thank you ladies 🩵

  Been coming to Mission Bay dental since they opened for myself and my kids. The staff is kind and professional, using new equipment and approaches to dental care. My kids love coming in and it’s clear the team is making an effort to give kids a positive experience. Highly recommend this clinic!

  First time at this dentist and Dr. Louie went through my gum and teeth health in detail with me, taught me a lot of good practices that i wish I knew years ago! The dentistry is modern, clean and I love that they take a preventative approach to oral health. Best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back…and who says that?!

  I fly from Los Angeles to San Francisco because no other dental office can compare. Staff is kind and friendly, no matter who you meet. They check on you periodically throughout the visit and there are TV’s on the ceiling all part of making a comfortable experience. I appreciate that they educate me on how to improve my oral health. My insurance is out of network but they are willing to work with me, and I am willing to pay out of pocket if needed because their work is worth it. Will be back soon!

  Overcharging and misleading insurance practices – feels like a scam Did ONE annual exam, routine cleaning only, and gluing a few tiny chips on teeth. Somehow that exhausted my insurance annual max(never experienced this past 10 years with any dentists I had) and received an $1100 bill after 4 months. Another evidence of this seems like a scam : the bill says patient portion is $866, but when I click to pay , it asked me to pay for $1100! I visited for my annual cleaning, which should be covered by insurance. They never asked when my last X-ray was - sent me for X-rays that I did not request, telling me they were covered 100% by insurance. Afterward, they said gluing a few small chip/crack in my teeth would cost over $200+ out of pocket. With my previous dentist, the same service cost me around $20 /tooth copay. I said this was too expensive, front desk told me they would work with my insurance on it. After months I received $1000+ with no breakdown. I asked for detailed bill - they charged me out of pocket for annual exam + X-ray, and cleaning which they said would be 100% covered. Overcharged, and not properly disclosed in advance.
