I had 2 different eyeglass frames needing repairs, first frame the nose bridge fell off and the second frame had an annoying loose arm that I could never tighten on my own. I asked the associate Anthony if he was able to service both my eyeglass frames? He asked what was the issue and if he could see the frames. He then said sure I can help you with both and even offered to clean my lens which I declined. Anthony was friendly, professional and extremly helpful. He's the kind of associate that retains customers through excellent customer service which encouraged me to post this review. Thank you LensCrafters and Anthony!
