He made what could have been a real ordeal—removing a tooth and putting in an implant, easy and stress free. When we was doing the actual procedure he would say things like buzz, buzz, buzz to prepare me for the next step all of which I found very comforting. Also his staff is wonderful and his office is beautiful— like 19th century San Francisco.
