Fitness CenterStretchLab
StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab SOMA offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- CSChris SaffordJun 17, 20235.0I’ve been coming to StretchLab for about 4 weeks now and working with Eugene T and I decided to invest in this training due to extreme lower back pain that my doctor said was being caused by tight muscles. With this work (plus diligent stretching on my own between sessions) I’ve noticed significant improvement and have even had several days where my back pain was minimal. This has been a great experience and I thought the cost was reasonable given the benefits. It is so helpful to work with someone to show you correct form, provide advice and assist you in going deeper with the stretches. Highly recommend it.
