StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Castro offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I’ve worked with multiple stretch practitioners here and they’ve all been awesome — knowledgeable, friendly, and consistent. Highly recommend.
- DJDenise JeongJan 10, 20261.0I went to get assistance with stretching my neck and shoulders which were getting tight since working diligently to strengthen. I provided my flexologist a copy of my doctor's note identifying full tears in my rotator cuffs and biceps. I left the facility in more pain which worsened in the night. I mistakenly only asked him his training and background only after the session. Only then did I realized that he had no medical training and should have refused to work on me after I showed him the doctor's report. I registered my concerns with the owner who was not concern with my pain but that I had signed a waiver. Please note that I was also stretched in a cold environment, and was told that it was only in the back. (where they stretched me). I realized that I should have researched more and hope this gives "customers" a heads up. Please note that I do yoga 4x a week and am very active.

They facilitate stretches on the full body in such a gentle and yet effective way to achieve more flexibility and less body stiffness. They are quite knowledgeable on physiology and mobility to cater to my unique own body. I recommend people to try this to achieve results that are far better than massages!
