- LLlouieDec 8, 20252.0This is one of the better locations of Safeway in SF but the pharmacy staff on the phone seems very unfriendly and impatient. I'm not sure why but it seems like even when going to the window to pick up my Prescription the pharmacist seems annoyed. But the younger cashier that check me out was very friendly. It may me time to reasses the professionalism of this pharmacy team and as always the management and supervisors must be held to account for all subordinates.

I arrived in the city and realized I had not packed one of my medications which was essential. The pharmacist quickly helped me and was able to have my medication ready so quickly for me so we could continue our vacation without any interruption. She also made sure my insurance processed it as a vacation need so I didn’t have to pay full price. Thank you!!
