I’m honestly surprised by the one star reviews. I’ve been coming here at least monthly for the last three years and whether it’s the weekend or weekday staff, everyone’s been honestly really nice and attentive. They answer all my questions during consults and if my prescription is not ready (bc I stopped by before getting the text) they prioritize fulfilling it. The team is good natured although they seem tired and overworked. Honestly am happy this is my local pharmacy.

Got home after surgery. my post op meds weren't ready.waited overnight. called the pharmacy and was told they can't fill my prescriptions without more questions to be answered by Dr. The pharmacist didn't notify me that my prescriptions weren't getting filled and left me to make all the calls. the Pharmacist was short and very unhelpful. meanwhile I am in terrible pain waiting for this to be resolved. My friend has come by to pick up my prescriptions and now she can't Would you want a family member put in this situation? Terrible treatment to someone just out of a difficult surgery

I have been very satisfied with Safeway pharmacy. There is hardly ever a line, and I always had to wait at Walgreens in west portal. The pharmacists are courteous and helpful
