The staff here are by and large the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and unhelpful people I have ever encountered - coming from someone who’s also worked as a pharmacy tech for years. At CVS, we had standards for how to speak with patients, I suggest management get some. Every time I come to pick up a prescription, the male pharmacy tech is so foul and disrespectful. He never speaks a word during a transaction unless it’s to humiliate or berate you. I know I am not the only person to complain about him and if management is reading this, you know who I am referring to as well. I genuinely hope he loses his position after so many have complained, so he will finally learn some common courtesy and professionalism. In the meantime, I’ve cancelled any prescriptions at this location and am moving to a further, but hopefully more decent pharmacy. I recommend anyone reading this, do the same.
