He first complained about not being able to hear me so I took off my headphones so he could hear me more clearly, he sounded muffled too but I didnt make too much problem about that. He then said something I didn't understand fully and I repeated the words I understood and when I asked him to repeat the rest, he was almost yelling over the phone and I said "apologies, you sound a bit muffled too so I couldn't hear everything you" ... and he hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely disrespectful.

In particular, I want to thank Arman for being the MVP of this branch. He has a savant level understanding of pharmacy insurance, and has saved me multiple times from being ripped off. He’s a big part of the reason I come to this pharmacy.
