- MCM C2 days ago1.0I had a prescription sent here today by my doctor, and the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I am dealing with physical pain and need an antibiotic, so timing actually matters. I waited all day for any confirmation that the prescription was received or being filled. I received no call, no update, and no notification that it was ready. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day. The phone rang endlessly and eventually went to voicemail. No one ever called me back. At this point, the pharmacy closed without ever confirming anything, which means I now have to sit through the night in pain waiting for a medication that was already prescribed and should have been straightforward to fill. The complete lack of communication is not acceptable, especially when patients are relying on timely treatment.
