For context, a simple refill I’ve gotten there before has taken several days to fill, due to several miscommunications and clerical errors. Sucks I have to suffer because a lady doesn’t know how to use escribe and tells me stuff is in stock when it’s actually out on order.

I'm not sure if there is a perpetual line at this place, but if I call and need to speak with a staff member NOT ONCE have they ever picked up. When I go in to get my scrip there is never a line which is good, but it makes me wonder why nobody can answer the darn phone? The staff members are never busy but still seem impatient to help you. Only go here if you can't go anywhere else.
