It took me three attempts, 2 twenty minute waits and one 35 minute wait to get a prescription refill. Making the choice to never come back here, id rather drive to the suburbs than deal with this horribly managed place again.
- KSKelly SealSep 7, 20211.0Went to myturn.gov for covid vaccine. based on my zip code I was directed to Safeway Pharmacy. When given the injection it was very painful. I noticed the band aid was placed high on the shoulder and not in the fleshy part of the muscle. Several hours later I felt throbbing pain when arm was immobile but searing pain when I tried to move it. I went to Urgent Care only to discover that I was injured by the technician. It's called SIRVA (Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration) I reported incident to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Reporting System) I would not recommend getting any vaccine at this location.
