  Heidi has some of the worst office staff I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to experience. From start to finish I never saw the surgeon except on pre op and the day of surgery. From the moment I was post operative I’ve literally had a nightmare experience with office staff that essentially do not want to deal with you and are impatient when they do see you. Which is frustrating. Id think at this point it’s more for them to make sure they did a good job post recovery and take pictures for the website they requested; then it’s for me to fly to sf when I don’t need to. Of all the surgeons I’ve worked with I’ve never had single one of them charge me for post operative operative apts that they require so they can make sure they did their job right. I would highly recommend Mozaic care re-evaluate their office staff and policies. Fortunately, there are plenty of girls that contact me online and through social media to ask about my procedure with Wittenberg.

  Amazing staff and process. Sharon was a huge help the entire way with insurance preauth and Dr. Wittenberg and her team were super available before and afterward to field all my anxiety questions. Amazing results too. Highly recommend.

  Unethical pain management. Dr. Wittenberg took me off of pain medication after 2 weeks, which resulted in hellish pain (I could feel everything). Dr. Wittenberg and wasn't responsive when I reached out about the amount of pain I was in. She just quoted opioid crisis statistics. Do not trust her to manage your pain! Make sure to get pain meds from your primary care or other doctor in advance of your procedure if you don't want to be screaming in pain for weeks. You should be wary of someone who says weed and non-narcotic pain meds will make you feel better after your genitals are sliced apart and put back together.
