Your staff here is incompetent. Your pricings is ridiculous.
I took my kid here to get new lenses for a frame that I brought in because of her unique head size.
The staff pop out the lenses of existing glasses that does not need to be replaced, without asking or getting any consent.
Ask for pricing, I came in with insurance, only needing the lens, and request to replicate everything as is from another prescription glasses. You're a sneaky little staff try to add in a million things into a kits prescription that will be outdated in 3 months.
How could it be possible to be here with insurance, and came out with a quote that is higher then a place where I purchase everything else without insurance.
This place is shady, stay away and I hope you close soon.

I hardly ever write negative reviews but hopefully mgmt can use this as an opportunity to train staff better. horrible experience with front desk. Upon entering he was passive aggressive/rude when we were checking in (no greeting, just a rude “one second” when we told him we had an appointment) and being so short with us. This was our first time here and left a really bad impression.
The doctor (Dr.Cho) was very kind and helpful so definitely made up for the unprofessional demeanor from the front desk. I was disappointed because on our way out I did find a pair of frames I wanted but did not want to engage further with him.

I've been to this store once before in the last couple of years. I did make a purchase previously and was attended by a friendly associate. My experience yesterday was not the best. I was greeted when I walked in but did not feel very welcomed. I spent at least 15min in the store browsing and trying on glasses. There were at 3 associates working and they were helping out customers and when they were done not once was I asked if I needed assistance or what I came in the store for. I felt so invisible. I left and did not make a purchase. I will continue going to other Lens Crafters and hope to a have better customer service experience.

Antonio provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and a great problem solver. Gracious and so patient. Jessica pitched in to help. Other staff were also attentive. A very well managed store.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
