I took Lauren M’s Friday 2:30 class and it was seriously one of the best classes I’ve ever been too! She made great use of our hour and had a great flow that was challenging, but fun. Her music and energy was great, I highly suggest taking her class!

Thought I signed up for a Sculpt class, didn’t know it was Scupt+Chemical warfare training since the mat I rented smelled so awfully bad. Like straight rotting fish. Too bad I forgot my gas mask at home
I actually wanted to throw up. Definitely top 3 worst smells I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Was seriously contemplating getting up and buying a brand new mat right then and there.
My therapist will be hearing about this!

Great teachers and class but the studio is in serious need of a deep clean. Probably one of the grossest corepower studios I’ve been to in SF. The body / sweat odor in the hot yoga studios hits you the moment you enter and the mat rentals / weights are not clean at all. Such a shame since it’s such a spacious studio and the teachers have great energy

I arrived a couple minutes late and they said they gave my spot to other people and that they can't help with a refund and to contact classpass. After running from work, taking care of my dog, and literally spending a ton of money to uber there to meet my friend at class and end up a couple minutes late due to traffic out of my control only to be met with someone saying they can't let me in is insanity. No other corepower or fitness studio has done this in SF nor have they told me they can't even refund my credits. I understand not wanting ppl to run in while in cat/cow pose but I don't understand the rudeness. Would not go to this location ever.
