- KKKristiNov 17, 20255.0I was feeling claustrophobic in Bikram yoga with the same flows and no music, but with my wedding fast approaching, pilates wasn't burning calories. This is by far my favorite new "gym" - love to switch it up between sculpt and HPF and level two classes. Even the restore with sound bowl, I've tried them all in my first month, lost a solid 5 pounds (👏🏼😎🥳) and feel my tech neck finally resetting to upright posture. Love this place!!

It was my first time at Corepower and I got a great workout from the class that made me sore the day after in the best way possible. It was relaxing and positively challenging and I left feeling happy that I did something healthy for my body. I especially appreciated Victoria's friendliness and professionalism. I sometimes get anxious about exercising in a public setting but Victoria created such a welcoming and comfortable environment that I truly appreciate.
