  Had a video call appointment for a sore throat, they told me to come in person for an appointment, and that they would refund me the $60 copay for the video call. Came in person, they told me they’re not concerned and don’t want to test me. On the way out, I went to confirm I would receive the refund. They told me that they won’t refund me because they didn’t run the test. Turns out I have strep. So now I’ve paid $120 in copays, wasted over two hours of my time, and I’ve been suffering with strep throat for a full two weeks, all because their medical staff was either too lazy or too greedy to give me a strep test. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs.

  If you’re going to read one review about this practice today, make it this one. They are extremely disorganized, cancel appointments at the last minute constantly, don’t honor their times, give you the runaround, and then wait times are several, several hours. Then they come in and spend about 5 minutes, forget to submit to insurance, and leave you with a huge bill. Disorganized, impatient, low quality. Skip! There are a million better practices around them.

  I was here yesterday after catching an eye infection on my inbound flight from Europe. From check-in to leaving with a prescription was about 30 minutes. Everyone was super competent and friendly. The infection has gotten a lot better thanks to the meds! Awesome work, thank you very much

  Everyone was welcoming and kind. They all really do care about their patients and the opinions of their patients. They take the whole person into consideration instead of just throwing pills at the problem. It’s also located in a nice part of town.
