- MLmelba leiva3 days ago1.0Diamond heights club pilates staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. If i could give them NOSTARS i would! This particular establishment the one in diamond heights has horrible customers service. The staff at the front desk are super rude. My parents came in to inquire about taking classes because kaiser referred them there. Gave them the information they received from kaiser and they threw it away in the trash after my dad left. He forgot something and returned to find the paper he gave them thrown in the trash.Disrespectful and mean. The worst. Look into going to the club pilates in NOPA because they were super kind, patient and explained everything in detail. My parents have now gotten a membership there and are super happy with the staff who are kind and respectful UNLIKE THE DIAMOND HEIGHTS club pilates. SHAME on you for treating older people that way.
