  Easy appointment scheduling, short (~10 min) wait in the lobby, in and out within an hour. Team was very attentive.

  The staff at the front were calm and organized even though it was busy. Doctor was straightforward and explained everything clearly. Good experience for an urgent care visit.

  Felt like a piece of meat, brought in & took vitals Next the Practitioner came in, listened to my lungs, then ears & had to ask to check my throat No compassion, no explanation on medicine prescribed just left

  Had a video call appointment for a sore throat, they told me to come in person for an appointment, and that they would refund me the $60 copay for the video call. Came in person, they told me they’re not concerned and don’t want to test me. On the way out, I went to confirm I would receive the refund. They told me that they won’t refund me because they didn’t run the test. Turns out I have strep. So now I’ve paid $120 in copays, wasted over two hours of my time, and I’ve been suffering with strep throat for a full two weeks, all because their medical staff was either too lazy or too greedy to give me a strep test. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs.
