  The San Dimas, CA location is either understuffed or overlooking. I had a 10:20am appointment. I arrived 10min prior and I could see there were only 2 patients scheduled and checked in for 10:10am. I was the only one for 10:20am and while I was waiting people started checking in for 10:40. There were no patients for 10:30am. I was in at 10:46am. There were 2 phlebotomists working. My lab technician wanted to verify something for no reason and called our clinic. That made the appointment took even longer. I was out around 11:10am. I have never had such a bad experience at other Quest locations where I have been in and out very fast and my appointment time has been kept.

  I’m taking part in a research study. My phlebotomist was very nice and patient as we worked together to get everything together for the box I was given. My appointment was at 10 and I was seen in time. The check in process was easy. I just had to scan my ID and insurance card. I will not hesitate to use this location again.

  I went just to pick up my friend and they don’t even have a wheelchair to move him faster to the car

  Had an appointment this morning ( December 8 ) at 7:30 at 1330 W. Covina Blvd. Received two reminders of my upcoming appointment on my cell phone, the last one at 6:30 a.m. December 8. I arrived at 7:25 A.M. The waiting room was dark and there were two signs on the wall announcing a "temporary" closing, starting today. Poorly done.
