- EMElham MohammedFeb 20, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with Building Blocks. The occupational therapist assigned to my son was unfriendly and unable to handle the sessions properly. After noticing this issue, we requested a change three times, but the manager was rude, aggressive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting us in finding a qualified and suitable therapist, the manager chose to remove my son from the program rather than address our concerns. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this center to any parent looking for quality therapy and compassionate staff.

I’ve tried calling for almost two week leaving voicemails and sending messages and no one answers or calls back. It’s a scary feeling when your 9 month old needs PT and they don’t bother to contact you back and so that results with my daughter lot have any therapy.
