Why order it if you never sell it, for the one customer who MIGHT happen to come in.? I get that part. I have had the same problem but I also don't and wont go anywhere else for my prescriptions. They take such good care and concern for my family I cant imagine going elsewhere. They go above and beyond to help their customers and my family truly appreciates that! You don't get that kind of service anymore, so I am thankful. I have waited a week for prescriptions without complaint. They know me now and keep my regular meds in stock. I feel bad you had a bad experience. I myself give them 10 stars! They are like family and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
