At YogaSix, we're all about a sensory yoga experience accessible to all. Each of the yoga classes we offer at YogaSix has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits. Whether you’re looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga fit classes for you. We're committed to keeping your studio a safe environment during these sensitive times. All studio practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after class.
I took Briseyda's (Bri's) Yoga Sculpt & Flow class at YogaSix and was blown away by the experience. This would be my second Hot Yoga class and probably my hundreth class with Bri.
- I recommend bringing your own towel & mat, plus a water bottle. There is showers, lockers with locks+keys, mat & towel rentals, and a nice water fountain.
The studio is a little hidden away, but you can park on either side. I recommend the lot on the far side on Sunday due to church festivities taking up a lot of space. The studio is at the front of the square, smack dab in the middle. It's a little hidden but you'll find it if you refer to my images or Google maps.
This is a no shoe facility so you enter and state your name. You can take off your slippers and store them in the cubbies on the left hand side. You can rent towels or mats if desired. Proceed down the hall to the studio number. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
Upon entering the room I was greeted so warmly by Bri. The music was playing and you could already feel the energy and excitement from the get go. She had a little whiteboard for equipment you would need and I had time to set up. They also have towel mats at the front should you require one.
Class was fast and fun. Modifications were always offered for all levels. Music was amazing and upbeat. Bri has such good energy and routines. It was killer. We had a great warmup, workout, and cool down sequence. Cooling towels were also provided. Temperature was hot but not too hot, so just right. I felt so much better after the class.
I highly recommend this studio and especially Bri's classes on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday!! She's the yoga goat 🐐 ☺️

Signed up for the Men's Yoga Class at Yoga Six Point Loma with Andrea so glad I did. Absolutely love it and can see my progress with forms that I can do.

Yoga six makes it a little too difficult to understand the class packs and memberships and I ended up wasting hundreds of dollars on classes I didn't use and they expired even though I called, had them check my membership and confirmed I wouldn't so that sucks womp womp.

To future members: YogaSix is a beautiful studio when life is stable and a put bill doesn't paralyze you from following protocol. But if you ever experience a true crisis—particularly one involving physical or mental trauma—be aware that their billing department operates with the same rigidity and insensitivity you might expect from a collection agency, not a wellness center.
I attended YogaSix for almost six months and truly loved the studio—the instructors, the classes, and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience took a difficult turn after I suffered a severe mental health crisis following a traumatic event. I was viciously attacked by a pit bull at my workplace and then terminated just five days later. The combination of physical trauma, legal stress, and emotional collapse left me unable to leave my home or handle basic communication for a period of time.
I take full accountability for not following the proper cancellation procedures during that time. However, what has been disheartening is how YogaSix’s billing department handled the situation. I was repeatedly contacted and pressured for payment.
The amount in question is $268, which I am willing to pay, but the lack of compassion and humanity shown throughout this process is deeply disappointing especially coming from a space that promotes mindfulness, empathy, and wellness. A yoga studio should stand for more than policies and payment deadlines; it should reflect the values it teaches on the mat.

YogaSix Point Loma is worth the drive from Carlsbad twice a week or more. Fiona, Andrea and the team are warm, friendly and welcoming and they listen to member requests and tailor their wide ranging schedule of classes to their diverse clientele. It’s Joel Richey’s outdoor classes on the lawn that have kept me coming every week since the pandemic. Tristan’s outdoor sound baths during the summer are epic.
