- SHSarah HagelinMar 17, 20261.0Walked in last Friday to get my WP glasses adjusted, I was with a friend and we saw at least five different associates wandering around the store, as we walked in not one of them said anything to us. We headed up to the front counter, on the other side was two associates, one was looking at a screen and the other tweaking a pair of glasses with a small tool, neither one of them looked up to greet us. We continued to stand there, with associates all around us, and yet not one said 'Hello!', so we left after about five minutes and felt disappointed at being ignored during the whole experience. Every other store in the mall was amazingly friendly when we walked in, so it was a shock to be invisible in this one.

I've owned 2 pairs of glasses from here and I like it because the price is low and the styles are nice. However, it is noteworthy that I am never greeted nor helped. It wouldn't cause me to write a review over it, but I notice it because I might be browsing and the associate approaches each person in that section, except me. I am not sure why this is but it is always the same. It makes the in store experience uncomfortable. I don't know if warby parker is only interested in a certain kind of customer. But I've never been approached nor greeted at this location.
