  I am really surprised by the negative reviews. I used this pharmacy today for the first time and had excellent customer service. I'm with an HMO so I normally get all of my prescriptions through them but this was something outside of my network and a cash payment so I went to my local Vons. First of all, the pharmacy assistant (Riza) asked if I had a coupon which I did but totally forgot about. This was a very expensive Rx so I'm glad she asked in that it saved me almost $100. Then she even went the extra step to look online to see if she could find a better coupon for me. Who does that without being asked?! Since I wasn't familiar with this pharmacy and how to get refills, she then walked me through how to go about getting future refills (and even offered to set me up for automatic refills) as this is a medication that has to be ordered ahead of time. And then even told me how to order refills through the Vons app. If that isn't going the extra mile, I don't know what is. I then met with the pharmacist who very thoroughly explained the medication and ensured I had the proper documentation to submit through my flexible spending account. I had such a positive experience and I'm so glad I wasn't influenced by the online negative reviews and chose to fill my prescription here. It really is about the individual interactions you have with people that drive someone to write a review and I get that but I wanted to take the time to write a positive review. Perhaps this pharmacy had staff who weren't customer service oriented in the past but that was certainly not my experience today.

  I have been going to this pharmacy for about a year now and I have yet to have a negative experience. The pharmacists are always friendly and quick to help you.. especially Riza. She always helps me find a cheaper way to get my meds even when I don't ask. She has a friendly smile and warmth to her. Riza...thank you for being there and for what you do. I can tell you love your job and I wanted to recognize how wonderful you are. Many thanks!

  Hands down the WORST pharmacy ever. Unfortunately, I’ve continued to use them for location convenience, but I’m officially done. But it’s pretty inconvenient when you go to pick up your prescription and CONSISTENTLY they didn’t fill it, although their automated system will say it’s filled and ready for pick up. Not only will it not be filled, but they don’t even have the medicine. Also, extremely poor customer service in terms of even getting served. And, to be honest, they’re a bit rude. GO ELSEWHERE.
