My experience with UFC Gym has involved repeated professionalism issues, unreliable scheduling, and a complete lack of follow-through from both local management and corporate regarding a very reasonable refund request. I joined specifically to train with one coach and purchased a 4-session personal training package. After only two sessions, that trainer left the company and I was never informed. I only found out when I tried to schedule. When I requested a refund for the unused sessions, I was told refunds were not possible and I would need to work with another trainer instead. I made multiple good-faith attempts to use the remaining sessions. One session was canceled the morning of, another began about 20 minutes late, and the final session was missed because the trainer overslept. At that point I had done everything possible on my end to utilize services I had already paid for. There was also an earlier incident where my paid training time was interrupted by staff arguing about scheduling matters, which showed a clear lack of professionalism. I spoke with the fitness manager, who told me he would submit a request for a refund for the final unused session (about $50). A week passed with no response. I followed up myself and still have not received any response from either the gym or corporate. What is most concerning is not just the scheduling failures, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward. I am not requesting a full refund, only reimbursement for one unused session after multiple service failures and missed appointments. At this point, this feels less like a contractual issue and more like a customer service failure. When a business cannot reliably deliver services paid for, the reasonable expectation is a reasonable resolution. I am documenting this experience because customers deserve professionalism, communication, and accountability. I am still hoping UFC Gym resolves this appropriately so further escalation will not be necessary.

I’ve been going to UFCfit for about a year now. Completely loved going back for my personal training with Coach Jason. It’s really encouraging to have someone know your goals, respect you and hold you accountable to your journey. I’ve honestly had a new outlook on my health and wellness since starting at UFC and working out with Coach Jason, and the progress has shown that.

Clean, Wide-Equipment Variety, Recovery Equipment I've been doing personal training with Coach Jason for 8 months and going to this gym for over a year. Both experiences have been rewarding. Coach Jason is a great coach for recovery and stability work. With his help I have built up my shoulder stability and regain my ability to squat comfortably. The gym has a boxing room, yoga room, free weight area, machine area, and plenty of cardio options (sleds, tires, punching bags, stair master, skiing machines, rows, ellipticals, etc) and squat racks. The machines have new pads and the cleaning crew keeps the gym well kept. People put their weights back where they are supposed to go which is big plus if you have ever experience a gym with poor etiquette. The turf room can get crowded at times due to boxing classes making it hard to find space to stretch.

The amount of machines available is great. That’s honestly the only good thing about this gym. I understand there’s construction going on and you’re trying to make it look “prettier” than it already was, but nobody asked for these changes. We don’t need the walls painted red instead of blue. We don’t need the machine upholstery changed from blue to red. We don’t need more recovery options. And we definitely don’t need more machines. What we do need is better staff. Enforce a stricter no-phone policy because half the time staff are on their phones or watching TV behind the front desk when they really should be wiping down machines or putting away weights during their downtime. We also NEED the gym to be 24 hours every day. The bathrooms seriously need upgrading. That should have been the first thing worked on before tearing apart walls and changing colors. It’s the little things that make a gym nice, cleanliness, professionalism, and accessibility, not fancy equipment and pointless color changes.
