  I have been going to Dr. Berger for over a decade. He did a repair on a botched jaw surgery from a different surgeon. Three other surgeon said it couldn’t be fixed and one gave me a 50-50 chance at repair. Berger was the fifth surgeon I interviewed, and he without hesitation, said no problem I can do it. My comment was ‘you’re either the cockiest or the best’ based on what the other surgeons said. He is the best. He’s done multiple other surgeries after that one and all of them have been great. All of his staff are equally as great. They always are so nice and accommodating for anything i may request. Do yourself a favor and if you need any type of work that he performs, just forget about anybody else and go to him.

  I needed to get a tooth extracted in order to start my braces treatment. I went to Dr Jacob’s office to get my braces done and he recommended Dr Berger. I’m grateful for the recommendation everyone was so nice I had a previous bad experience with a dentist when I was little and during the procedure Gina helped me through the whole procedure since I was really anxious. Everything healed perfectly Thank you Dr Berger !!

After earning his dental degree, he spent an additional year in advanced dental training at the McGill Graduate School of Dentistry. He subsequently earned his medical degree at the University of Washington. After completing his degree, he entered the oral and maxillofacial surgery training program at the University of Washington, where he completed general surgery and oral and maxillofacial training. He spent one year in Europe doing a fellowship at two major centers, one in Holland and one in Austria. He then returned to McGill University for an additional year of advanced training prior to coming to San Diego. Dr. Berger has lectured extensively in the United States and Canada on temporomandibular joint disorders, dental implantology and the surgical treatment of sleep disorders. He is past Chief of Maxillofacial Surgery at Children’s Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital and serves on the Orthodontic Advisory Committee for California Children’s Services. He is a faculty member of the University of California, San Diego, Division of Plastic Surgery, and Secretary of the California Coalition of Cleft and Craniofacial Center. For his entire career, Dr. Berger has been at the forefront of his field.   I had all my wisdom teeth extracted along with an impacted tooth in my nasal cavity. Dr. Berger and his staff were very sweet and made me feel comfortable. They made the whole process very easy and painless. I would recommend anyone to get work done with Dr. Berger. He is truly the best doctor you’ll ever find!

  Never bring your business to this clinic, worst experience ever. Botched the wisdom tooth extraction on one side and called the clinic multiple times. No response. Got hospitalized as well for the level of antibiotics they gave me and didn't care to follow up once I had expressed my concerns. Clearly a cash grab, extorting money out of each patient and leaving them in the dust once something doesn't go the way it should.
