  I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Target Optical. I went in for a contact lens and glasses exam and sat down with a representative to go over my purchase in detail. I specifically confirmed that I was paying for an annual supply of prescription contact lenses for both eyes along with my glasses. When my contacts finally came in, I only received a one-year supply for my LEFT eye. When I went back to the store to fix what I assumed was their mistake, I was told that only my left eye had been ordered. This made no sense considering what I was told during my purchase. To make things worse, I was forced to pay AGAIN for a full annual supply for my right eye. It has now been almost two months, and I still haven’t received those lenses. I’ve called multiple times and even gone in person, and no one has been helpful or taken accountability. Today, I was promised a return call by the end of the day, and of course, no one followed through. As someone in the military, I expected at least basic professionalism and integrity. Instead, this experience feels either completely incompetent or borderline dishonest. I genuinely can’t tell if this was a mistake or just a sales tactic, but either way, it’s unacceptable. I will never come back here again. I’m better off going to Costco Optical, where customers are actually treated fairly and not taken advantage of.

  Walked into the optical center this morning to ask a few questions. I was greeted by and had the most pleasant interaction with Amy. She answered all my questions and offered additional information. She was polite professional and friendly and provided excellent customer which is much appreciated. Let Amy know she made my morning too.

  It was such a good experience being treated with dignity and respect during my most recent experience at Target Sports Arena with Amy as my service provider. She made me feel appreciated and supported and brought an elevated level of expertise to the encounter. It felt like I made a friend while receiving precision top level optical care. Highly recommend!
