  Dr. Bill and Dr. Claudette are THE most kind, caring, helpful, and overall knowledgeable doctors I have ever met (yes, including MDs). They use a unique technique that I don’t find often in other chiropractic offices, where they adjust each vertebrae individually with a handheld instrument, instead of doing one or two big “cracks.” When I had a stiff neck so bad that I couldn’t move my head, their adjustment helped me immediately. When my low back hurt so bad that I could barely breathe, their adjustment helped me immediately. When I fell off my snowboard and misaligned a rib head and couldn’t take deep breaths, they healed me in minutes. Whenever my hips are misaligned and I lose leg mobility, they get me back to my full range of motion within five minutes. When my fiancée misaligned her tailbone during a snowboarding accident and couldn’t sit without extreme pain, I flew her down to San Diego, and Dr. C took care of her and “fixed” her completely in under an hour. Whenever I have any sort of pain and I’m in San Diego, I make it a point to get seen by Dr. Claudette/Bill, and I feel better EVERY time. Their office also has a very knowledgeable acupuncturist, Janelle, who is very friendly and good at what she does. Their other methods of therapy (electro-stim, traction, muscle vibrating thing called “rapid-release) are also very effectively, and their staff are trained to apply them correctly. I don’t live in San Diego anymore, and I’ve been to 8 other chiropractors in Northern California. None have even come close to how good either of the Dr. Satnicks are. As I said earlier, I literally fly down for appointments if I am, or my fiancée is, in bad shape, and it’s worth every minute and every penny. I wholeheartedly recommend to come here if you’re in pain and want to get better quickly. If there’s a line in the waiting room, it’s because they’re taking time to fully heal each patient (of which they get many), and trust me - it’s worth the wait.

  Dr C has been an incredible team player in my medical needs village! She treats my body’s needs with such skill, compassion and care. She makes you feel like no problem is too big or too small. She provides very safe adjustments without those fearful cracks and twists. And provides adjunct support with supplements, educational materials or other modalities in her office, that help to keep your adjustment hold longer, allowing you more movement with ease. I would be lost without her! Thank you!!!!

  Dr. C is amazing. Not only does she listen, but you can tell that she genuinely cares. You never feel like you're being rushed out the door so she can get to the next patient. She takes the time and finds all of the spots that need work (sometimes ones I didn't even know were a problem). I always leave feeling GREAT! If you're looking for a Chiropractor who is really good at what she does and who genuinely cares, you've found her.

  This is an emotional one. I had pain from my neck to my lower back for a really long time. By the time I saw Dr. Satnicks my necks was already shifted towards one side... it was weird. My neck was straight, but my skull was not, and I can clearly see it in my pictures. I went to to multiple chiropractors and they all told me it's not fixable, and it's something you cannot fix. I happen to tell a good friend of mine this situation, and he recommended me to see Dr. Satnick. The experience here was unmatched. I can't quite remember what the process was like, but I do remember that they didn't crack any bones like other chiropractors, the method they used was gentle; and they slowly adjusted what was rotated back to place. My skull moved back to where my neck WAS. OMG. So, yeah, I highly recommend them. It's also great since they checked everything every time when I visit, it's nice since at the other places I visited, usually I had to ask them to check this and that, but here, Dr. Satnicks checks everything, from head to toe, and even my collar bone to make it's even. Every time when I have my biz trip down in San Diego, I always make an appointment :). Thanks, Dr. Satnick!
