San Diego Sports Medicine Physical Therapy

SDSM Physical Therapy offers on-site physical therapy at all 3 of our locations: Alvarado, Sorrento Valley, and Pacific Beach. We have a total of over 12,000 square feet of space and are equipped with a therapeutic pool, a Pilates studio, and a variety of resistance and stretching equipment. Each patient receives a comprehensive evaluation by one of our licensed physical therapists who will create a personalized treatment plan. Our therapists take into account your goals and lifestyle to optimize results, and they work closely with your doctor to ensure continuity of care. The therapists will utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and in-depth instruction for home exercise progressions as well as pain-relieving modalities.
