  Very efficient and comfortable blood work. I wish I asked the names of the people that helped me so I could shout them out. Lab work can be very hit or miss but this was a great experience!

  I made an appointment for 12:40. They didn’t tell me that I needed my insurance card, so I had to step out and get a picture of it. That took a few minutes, and my appointment was cancelled because I was “late” to check in. No actual person, it’s all done on a confusing kiosk. I’ve now waited over an hour for a new appointment. Ironically, their pledge stating that the appointment will be completed timely is hung right in the lobby!

  They do not take children here. But I was able to make an appointment, CHECK IN, and wait 10 minutes with my baby before being told that. Unapologetic tech said it was written next to the clipboard, very helpful. Hopefully this helps someone out before they get to the clipboard.

  Just an FYI- if you’re pregnant, they do not offer the glucose test at this location. I didn’t know and went and sat in the waiting room, etc. I will say that their Covid protocol was great and I felt very safe. I arrived 5 minutes before they opened. They are allowing those with special conditions (pregnancy/ over 60/ disability) come within the first hour of operation to receive preferential treatment.
