  Quick and easy appointment. Reserved a time slot online which is recommended over a walk-in appointment. Once I arrived at the address, I went upstairs to the second floor where I had to walk through the waiting room of a doctor’s office (Robert Houghton) to reach the Quest Diagnostics office. The receptionist in the doctor’s office was very helpful in telling me where to go, and there were also signs. Once I found the Quest office, I checked in electronically with my drivers license and insurance info. My appointment was at 10:00am (choose a morning slot if you have to fast for bloodwork!), I was seen at 10:02, and I was walking out of the office by 10:15! So quick! The phlebotomist (Juana) who took my blood was very skilled, kind, and respectful. I felt comfortable and only felt a tiny pinch at the beginning of the process. Juana was amazing and I highly recommend Quest for any bloodwork you need! One small note: the Quest phone number leads to an automated system and it’s very difficult to talk to a real person. I tried reaching out to Quest customer service (twice) with a couple questions and never heard back. Luckily my primary care doctor’s office was able to answer my questions, but just a note that Quest customer service and communication system can be a little challenging. The online portal is most helpful.

  Juana was wonderful! Warm, welcoming, and very professional! I look forward to seeing her again for my next blood draw.

  In picking a location for Quest lab, it seemed like there is a general low rating from experience at all locations. This location proves that wrong! Third time getting lab work done here and Juana is the silver lining to the experience. Always friendly, thorough, and professional. She always has a smile for you. Thanks Juana!

  I arrived early for my appointment and was the first person there when they opened. Despite that, Juana repeatedly took walk-ins who arrived after me, completely disregarding the fact that I had a scheduled appointment. I ended up waiting nearly two hours, while walk-ins were being seen within 10–20 minutes. Juana’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and showed a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. The Walk-in’s could have easily been the ones that had to wait longer to seen.
