One trick about fasting labs is to show up at open and get on the "standby list" there are very few morning appointments but I was able to get my labs drawn in an under 45minutes when showing up at 7:15am, plus you are more likely to find street parking. If you have an appt, they will NOT call you more than 10 minutes before appt time according to policy. My only feedback would be to add another check in device screen at the facility.
The stars are for the staff that handle patient facing interactions, and lab draws. Most specimen collection facilities are short staffed. The staff do the best job managing the waiting patients, they assist those in wheelchairs by holding open doors, they verify identification before and after collection.

Zero stars. I had an appointment for blood work, and they failed to complete the full order. I only realized after double-checking myself that part of the test was missed. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix their mistake, they told me I would need to sign up again as a standby patient. No effort to make it right, no accountability—just a frustrating and disappointing experience.

CANDY WAS AN INCREDIBLE PLEBOTOMIST! FOUND MY VEIN THE FIRST TIME AND DID NOT EVEN FEEL ANY DISCOMFORT AT ALL. SHE WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. I SPENT NEXT TO NO TIME IN THE WAITING ROOM BEFORE BEING TAKEN IN AND THE CHECK-IN WAS THE MOST EFFICIENT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY MEDICAL TYPE OFFICE
Had an 8:20am appt on a Thursday. Got there about 5 min early. Easy kiosk check-in, entered my appt confirmation code, took pic of my license and insurance card. My name went up on the digital board that showed 3 people ahead of me with appointments. Called me back right at 8:20. The tech was very nice and professional. I had printout orders from my Dr and told her there was an additional fax. She found the fax electronically and added it to my order. Painless draw. She had me double check my name was correct on each vial label. I was out of there in 10 minutes. I was hesitant to come here given the negative reviews but my experience was excellent.
I visited Quest Diagnostics early in the morning for a blood test without an appointment and arrived around 7:30 AM.
The waiting area is quite small and was already very crowded, with about 15 people waiting. Only two staff members were working. After waiting about 40 minutes, I asked how much longer it would take, and I was told the wait might be another two hours. Because of the long wait, I decided to leave without getting the blood test.
If you plan to visit this location, it is best to make an appointment in advance. Also, be aware that parking is paid parking.
