This was a very disappointing experience. The pharmacy technician at the front is an old lady was rude and unprofessional. The entire pharmacy staff was unhelpful and showed no respect toward customers. Management seriously needs to improve staff training and customer service standards.

I had an excellent experience with the pharmacy at Pavilions Pharmacy. I have a high-deductible insurance plan and explained that I did not want to use insurance for my prescription. The pharmacy staff immediately understood, removed insurance from the transaction, and applied the GoodRx pricing without any resistance. The final price was more than 50% lower, exactly as advertised. The process was smooth, respectful, and handled professionally — no arguing, no discretion-based barriers, just clear communication and common sense. It was refreshing to deal with a pharmacy that understands how patients actually manage out-of-pocket costs. This is how pharmacy customer service should work. I’ll absolutely continue using Pavilion’s for my prescriptions.

The pharmacy team has been very helpful not only with my prescriptions, but also with Covid boosters and flu shots. Glad to have them as partners for my wellness needs.
