- RAReem AJun 8, 20231.0I am very disappointed. I had an appointment but they did not let me in. I have a serious issue and was sent by the ER to this doctor. I was 4 minutes late after the grace period because of traffic. They did not let me in.

I had a balloon sinuplasty done after a consult and option discussion, I am very happy with the decision. Dr. Donaldson, Stacy and everyone at the practice is professional, competent, kind and they treat you special. I honestly can’t find one thing they could improve on, I HIGHLY recommend them!
