- NCNod Carter5 days ago3.01. Did pre-visit check the night prior to appt (10 min of filling out forms) online. But once got to office they never received it and had to fill out again. 2. I was there for an hr and 45 min, took x-rays and still never got teeth cleaned and needed to reschedule for later date since i couldnt wait any longer.
