My first pair of single-vision prescription glasses was excellent—great clarity, comfortable fit, and overall very good quality. I was happy enough with that experience that I came back again. Unfortunately, my experience with the progressive lenses was disappointing. The frame quality did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price (around $600). To make matters worse, the glasses arrived with a broken leg, which was surprising and not something I expected from a brand like Warby Parker. That said, I want to highlight the positives as well. My single-vision glasses have continued to perform very well, and because of that, I purchased another pair yesterday using the same frame. Also, the store associate who helped me yesterday was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, which made the in-store experience very pleasant. Overall, Warby Parker does a great job with single-vision glasses and customer service, but my experience with progressive lenses and frame quality fell short of expectations for the price. I hope quality control improves, especially for higher-end prescriptions.
