The staff were super friendly in the store and I ordered 2 pairs of glasses right away. 2 weeks later they emailed me saying that one of the frames cannot accommodate the lenses so I picked another frame. Later they told me the 2 features I selected cannot go together so I confirmed the feature I wanted and told them I want both pairs of glasses to have the same feature. Then I saw the order receipt and realized they didn’t add the same feature for both glasses. I asked them to confirm and they said they only added that feature for 1 pair of glasses and not the other, and the order has been processed so they can’t do anything. I have to wait until I receive the glasses to return and place a new order. What a horrible experience! I will never want to shop here again. I don’t understand how they couldn’t understand such a straightforward and simple request.
