I went to the Fashion Valley store to exchange frames I purchased online, but ended up not loving. When I walked in, I was greeted, and within two minutes, a staff member offered to help me. I then spent fifteen minutes looking at replacement frames. Once I picked my favorite (there were several I wanted), the staff member refunded my original frames and then charged me for the new ones. However, she also mentioned a special discount if I was interested in purchasing a second frame. For only $20 more, I was able to get my second-favorite frames with my computer Rx. So, I left the store with two new frames on order and, once again, was amazed at the incredible customer service I consistently receive from Warby Parker. It's no wonder that I have such a large collection of their frames. Do yourself a favor and check out the Warby Parker store near you. You'll be grateful you did. I am every time!
