I have always had a good experience with the staff, even if there were frustrating circumstances around the prescriptions themselves.
- AHAlexa HDec 8, 20255.0I love this pharmacy. They’ve helped me manage a lot of weird situations with insurance and doctors. Everyone who works at this pharmacy has a unique personality. It’s fun getting to know them as you pick up your meds every month and it seems they get to show up as their authentic selves. I use the app to refill and it sends you a text with pricing. Occasionally, I’ll have to call in and get some more feedback from them on the cost or a nuanced aspect of an insurance change or why they can’t fill for 90 days (spoiler alert it’s the insurance company blocking it). They might not all be aggressively cheerful, but always help me navigate the complex systems. I’ve never gotten stuck with a bill over $30 after working with them. They explain all the rules so I can make sure to optimize for the future and not repeat mistakes.
