My script needed additional information from them to be filled but until I physically went to the pharmacy to check in on the status, I received absolutely no information from them regarding the need for additional. Nearly impossible to get them on the phone the first time around (tip is to call twice in short succession since they seem to be screening calls). Finally get them on the phone to provide needed information and they fill the incorrect script, despite me telling them multiple times which one I need, and then need more hand holding to actually get the job done. Ludicrous waste of time trying to work with them.

Jay and Amy are top-notch and will always go out of their way to help you out. The only downside is that the lines can get backed up quite a bit. Now, with Rite Aid closing, it is already starting to feel busier. Hopefully that's something that can be addressed for everyone's sake!

They are very responsive and proactive in getting my medications ready and calling to remind me to pick them up if I’m a few days late. The only downside is the lines can get backed up frequently.
