Once, they even gave me someone else's prescription. They make so many mistakes it is crazy. Super unprofessional. Also, they are understaffed, so the line moves super slowly. Getting prescriptions here takes forever. I live just a few blocks away, but I now use the pharmacy down the hill. Longer drive, but completely worth it. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!

My script needed additional information from them to be filled but until I physically went to the pharmacy to check in on the status, I received absolutely no information from them regarding the need for additional. Nearly impossible to get them on the phone the first time around (tip is to call twice in short succession since they seem to be screening calls). Finally get them on the phone to provide needed information and they fill the incorrect script, despite me telling them multiple times which one I need, and then need more hand holding to actually get the job done. Ludicrous waste of time trying to work with them.

When they promise you something will be ready in an hour, they're lying. When they tell you they'll call you when your prescription is ready, they're also lying.
