  If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. I waited over 2 weeks for my prescriptions to be filled and called them twice a week to check in on my prescriptions and repeated were told that it wasn't filled yet and they were really behind. Finally got my text notification that they were ready and went to pick it up, only for them to tell me that the prescriptions were no longer available and had to be restocked because they had been waiting for pickup for 30 days (I put in the refill request in only 2 weeks prior). So, I had to wait over half an hour in store to get them refilled. Ridiculous

  Basic prescriptions take at least 3 business days, anything else is over a week. Especially if it's anything urgent. The pharmacist will refuse to give you a prescription after it's already filled and refuse to tell you why, so you play phone tag with your doc and the pharmacy and she still says she doesn't have enough info and "doesn't feel comfortable" handing over much needed, already filled, insurance approved medication with no drug interactions and very few side effects. This has happened at least 4 times in the past 2 years, but this time completely ruined my holidays. Rx was sent in Dec 18th and I'm still nursing the same migraine on the first day of the New Year. No one deserves to be treated like this The website is also atrocious but that's not the employees' fault. It's a shame because it's literally across the street from me but after this last round I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy that treats people with kindness and respect **Update a week later. They still have not released the migraine Rx and still won't tell me why. I transferred 5 refills to the CVS down the street and they were ready within a few hours. It's a shame Vons doesn't have the same integrity

  I love this place and the pharmacy staff is like my family and personal care team. They are the very best in reminding me of any and all information regarding vaccines and my medications. Because of the care they have given me my doctor says I am looking younger and healthy. I can't thank you guys enough. I love the staff of the vons pharmacy on regents their the very best. Thank you so very much for your caring and compassionate help on all things medicines. williamorris
