- DPDrew PeacockJan 1, 20261.0Basic prescriptions take at least 3 business days, anything else is over a week. Especially if it's anything urgent. The pharmacist will refuse to give you a prescription after it's already filled and refuse to tell you why, so you play phone tag with your doc and the pharmacy and she still says she doesn't have enough info and "doesn't feel comfortable" handing over much needed, already filled, insurance approved medication with no drug interactions and very few side effects. This has happened at least 4 times in the past 2 years, but this time completely ruined my holidays. Rx was sent in Dec 18th and I'm still nursing the same migraine on the first day of the New Year. No one deserves to be treated like this The website is also atrocious but that's not the employees' fault. It's a shame because it's literally across the street from me but after this last round I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy that treats people with kindness and respect **Update a week later. They still have not released the migraine Rx and still won't tell me why. I transferred 5 refills to the CVS down the street and they were ready within a few hours. It's a shame Vons doesn't have the same integrity

- YYYifei YeNov 15, 20251.0There was a customer at the pharmacy desk but I just wanted to quickly ask where alcohol wipes were so I walked up behind her. The two pharmacists behind the desk immediately started yelling at me to get back and wouldn’t let me explain one word. One of the pharmacist was an older Asian woman, and I don’t know if she saw I was also Asian and likely a student so she assumed my English was bad or something, she just kept yelling get back and making a pushing motion. Anyways, she was extremely rude and it was a horrible experience. I understand patient privacy is important but maybe at least let me say one word before you start yelling at people??
