I called to fill a Rx since Rite Aid is closing… I called on Saturday, and the tech stated they could transfer no problem, just call the following day. Called back on Sunday and that tech was by far useless. She told me there was no way to transfer my Rx and the Dr. had to send a new one. I told her that it is possible we’ve done it before and the day prior, her coworker told me it was possible. Her only response is “I don’t know what to tell you.” Like really? I’m sorry but the wrong pharmacy is closing. Because it should be this one. PLEASE if you are a previous Rite Aid customer, DO NOT come to this pharmacy. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere!

It's not worth not having to wait if that ladies working the pharmacy get WAY too involved in your medical business and start power-tripping over your medications and threatening to have your former pharmacies audited.
