The experience I had there today will make me never go back there again. I've been coming here for the past year and a half because it's very hard to get in to see my primary care doctor. So I see Dr tamsen. Lately I've been battling two eye infections, two ear infections ,sinus infections and infections in both lungs all at the same time. The doctor kept telling me ,if I don't feel better come back to see him, so I did. They then told me to go to the ER on Friday, which I did. The ER treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I told them I had pneumonia in both lungs. They took all kinds of tests but never gave me the results and never checked me into the hospital or did anything that the doctors told me he was so worried about me about. The doctor at the urgent Care told me he was really worried about me, that I would end up in the morgue, so I did exactly what he told me to do by going to the ER. So the ER did not check me into the hospital. they did not tell me any results, so I went back to the urgent care the next day because that's what he told me to do, to come back to see him .even the lady in the office said so and that he would be there after 9:15. Which was a Saturday ,there was a whole new group of women in the front office I've never seen before I gave them my license and my insurance card ,which had my name printed on both. They somehow got my name wrong. I corrected them and then they told me the doctor would not see me and I needed to go back to the ER. I tried to explain to them I went to the ER they didn't give me the results to the test they won't give me the results to the test until Monday I was hoping the doctor there could call them and maybe they would give him the results they flatly said no. So they suggested I go to a different ER and go through all the tests I had for 5 hours the night before. Because I have a lot of money to spend on gas running all over town to all these different er's I have all the time in the world to take off work as well and do all of this. So I went out into the parking lot and had a complete psychological meltdown. I was uncontrollably sobbing and screaming until I ran out of energy. I couldn't even help myself, I was so upset. I felt like I was going to pass out, so I called for an ambulance they refused to send one. I told the dispatch that the urgent Care there would not help me. So they called the urgent Care guess what the urgent Care told them that I got kicked outz which I didn't. They could see me having a meltdown and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I could have had a heart attack or a stroke. My blood pressure has been sky high 177/110 and I was out there screaming and sobbing and they did absolutely nothing ,didn't even come outside. These people don't care about you. They got me all worked up saying they were worried I was going to die and then when I did exactly what they told me to do they refused to help me. And literally watched me have a meltdown in the parking lot. There is something really wrong with a doctor who will get you so amped up and then refuse to help you. He told me no less than four times I'm really worried about you ,you could end up in the morgue ,pneumonia can kill people. Then completely refused to see me when I got worse he told me if you feel worse come back and see me I will be here this weekend. Refuse to even come outside. wouldn't come say anything to me at all. I couldn't even talk to him. His staff came out and said you're not going to be able to see him just go back to the ER. He can't do anything to help you.
Then why did he tell me to come back to see him? why did the lady in the office tell me to come back to see him ? I don't know. Why did they watch me have a meltdown and do nothing to help me ? I don't know. But I think that shows everyone right there the kind of compassion they have for people. Zero, none.
