- GGGeorge5 days ago1.0The staff is definitely not on the same page,Adam and operator manager Christina Harper just straight up lie. It’s your word against there. I was a member for four years. Never had an issue until I tried to cancel due to hours being cut at work. Adam then told me they can downgrade my membership, I agreed to price and was still charged full amount. When called they said I was supposed to come in and do it in person(was never mentioned that when on the phone with Adam).

The gym is always clean, never too crowded and has everything I need. If it had a pit shark that would be insane but that's OK lol I wish there were more locations.
- SBsubha BalaNov 11, 20251.0The gym itself is great, with good equipment and a nice space to work out. Unfortunately, that's where the good part ends. The management is incredibly disorganized. I received completely different and conflicting information from various staff members about how the membership and cancellation policy works. No one seems to be on the same page, and it's impossible to know what to believe. The cancellation policy is absolute nonsense and feels predatory. If you cancel less than 21 days before your billing date, they charge you for an entire extra month, on top of the last month you already paid for when you joined. This means you effectively have to know you want to cancel two months in advance to avoid being penalized. Who plans their life like that? If you sign up, be prepared for a confusing and frustrating experience when you try to leave.

Some front desk staff abhorrently unprofessional and dismissive, specifically staff on Wednesday mornings. Customer service shouldn't be giving customers attitude as someone would expect from their 7 year old child.
