Omar and Mika provided me the appropriate advice that I should have. They took the profile of my feet and showed me how my feet is acting when I walk. They recommended the correct support style I should be wearing and said it will solve my ankle problem. Now I feel the difference, thanks a lot Omar and Mika.

If you have plantar fasciitis, I highly recommend their program . At first, I tried urgent care, primary care and podiatry in San Diego all without any luck for four months. Urgent Care recommend that I walk, barefoot in hopes that it would resolve on its own, which it didn’t. Finally, while on a trip out of state, I found “The Good Feet” store and decided to start their program and was delighted to hear that they were national so I could continue my program back in San Diego. I received my initial custom inserts (strengtheners, maintainers and relaxers) in October 2024 and after two weeks, the sharp pain in my heal subsided. Following their program, I didn’t have any pain after three-four months as I continued to strengthen the heal to insole part of my foot. Then after six months, I was able to resume normal exercise with the maintainer insert. I went to the CMR Store to continue the program 14 months after my original visit to check on my progress, where they remeasure your feet, check your walking on a specific device, and review all of your inserts and cushions for any flattening or wear and tear. The only item I needed was one pair of replacement cushions for one of my shoes. I use the strengthener inserts for my everyday shoes and the maintainers for any sort of exercise. The relaxers are in a pair of slippers that I only wear inside the house and they help the transition from the other inserts (like a step down) before eventually walking barefoot or in socks. The team at CMR was very friendly and knowledgeable about Plantar Fasciitis. They were able to pull up all of the information from my original visit despite that session being in another city/state and let me know when to return for another check. Since this is a lifetime program that you pay upfront on your original visit and you only pay for consumable low cost items like cushions as the therapeutic plastic inserts are covered for lifetime. Yes, it is an expensive program and I could’ve tried just the inserts that one can get from a pharmacy. However, those would only be one part of the overall program and not a natural progression between the three different insert types. I’m able to walk 60 to 65 minutes now at about a 15-16 minute pace on flat or up/down hills without any pain during or post exercise and I don’t notice the inserts at all anymore as they feel normal in my shoes. When you first start the program, they will give you very explicit steps on how to build yourself up to the various inserts as you start your recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
