Please be safe and watch out if you have photosensitivity issues or are sensitive to harsh lighting!! This location (or SoulCycle in general) does NOT provide any sort of disclosure or awareness when you book classes with strobe or harsh lighting.
We had an instance during class where they abruptly turned on strobe lights with zero warning or disclosure before the class started (and I do not mean the “new rider waiver” that says that this is “part of the SoulCycle experience”) this was especially shocking for someone with a slight photosensitivity issue. Luckily we were able to just close our eyes, but the idea that someone would be unknowingly triggered into a seizure because of this locations lack of awareness or concern really upsets me. And if you are triggered into a seizure, you are locked into that bike, surely to get hurt on SoulCycle’s expense.
I just want to say for the record that this is so rude, you cannot exclude an entire group of people from enjoying your classes because this is “the experience”. And you cannot advocate your business as a health and wellness facility if you don’t care about inclusivity. This exclusion could be easily avoided with a pre-class disclosure or a notification of the light change during class. To not do this is purely irresponsible and ridiculous. If not all classes utilize harsh lighting WHY wouldn’t you inform those of the ones that do? Photosensitivity issues are broad and can effect almost anyone!!
My wife and I will not be returning to this location.

The people I talked to on the phone were fine when I booked but I’m not convinced this location actually exists. It took me 10 mins to find parking and then when I called for directions (as a person not new to soul but new to this location) I wasn’t given any direction except “go in the direction of sage” (??). No instructions on level, nearby points where I should be looking, etc. If you have people new to your studio you should 1000% tell them to get there 30 mins early to fight traffic and locate the studio. This was a worthless trip for me as I didn’t even get to take the class. Super disappointed in the lack of support from the Soul staff.

It was my first time and I will definitely come back! Staff was friendly and the vibe was very motivating! They provided shoes for the first session and also gave water with my request since I forgot my water bottle. There are lockers for your belongings. No mask required but you need to bring proof of COVID-19 vaccination. The music was awesome! The lighting gave it a club atmosphere. The only reason I gave a 4 star is I wish there was a beginner class to prep you for the certain moves they do so that you can do them right to get results. In addition, they work on your arms and I enjoyed the cool down stretches. With consistency I'm sure I will catch on. I highly recommend... be prepared to sweat!!

My first time coming here, drove over 30 minutes to a huge mall so it took me some time to find the location. Walked in exactly 4 minutes late but Unfortunately due to the New “Covid policy” if you’re one minute late to the class they won’t allow you in anymore. As if only late people have Covid

I’ve been 5 times and today is my 6th. I’ve taken 4 classes with Maya and she is amazing. I feel incredibly motivated, inspired and uplifted after attending but also a solid workout. Glad I found a new place to do a class with.
