    My experience is with this dentist in my neighborhood… so when he’s not clocked in at work, he’s giving dirty looks and exasperated jesters to those who are innocently & quietly walking their pets in front of his home during the afternoon. According to public records, he’s been in the same home in Mission Hills for 23+ years. It’s a high density neighborhood so it shouldn’t be so disturbing for Scott Rauvola to see a pet on a leash near his home which sits on a public neighborhood street. If you like his office price point or work as a dentist then great go see him. But if it’s important for you to know that your dentist is nice to neighbors and their animals when his work cap isn’t on them he’s definitely NOT who you want drilling in your mouth when you are at your most vulnerable.

    I can't say enough about Dr Rauvola. When my wife and I came to him our teeth were in need of serious work. Through time and patience he got both of us back in really good shape. The workmanship and service were seriously outstanding đź‘Ź

    WARNING: Dr. Rauvola cares more about profit than PATIENTS ! I have been a patient at Dr. Rauvola for several years. This morning at my quarterly cleaning I told the hygienist that a had pain in a back tooth for the past month. She said once the cleaning is complete, she will x-ray the area and Dr. Rauvola will determine the problem. After the cleaning, she said she has another patient so someone else will x-ray my tooth. The receptionist at the front desk said sorry no one was available and I would have to come back on Monday ($). I told the receptionist that I am here now and want this taken care of because it is a problem. She spoke to Dr. Rauvola and he said I would have to come back Monday. After all the years of loyalty this is how they treat customers in order to make a buck. Not only am I not going back, but I am looking for another Dentist. My suggestion to anyone reading this… Don’t go to this dentist!!!
