    Although I go there rarely, they always find have the right solution. But in Ralphs itself I’m almost every single day. Why? Well, they are simply the best, indeed! 5 stars for Ralphs in general.

    I have four prescriptions that I have refilled periodically at Ralph's Pharmacy. Several times I have requested them to set it up so that I don't have to make a separate trip for each prescription but instead pick them all up at the same time. They seem unable to do that thereby forcing me to make more trips than necessary. During the covid-19 crisis that is completely unacceptable especially since they do not actually prepare the prescription until I arrive.

    Great variety of foods also nice selection of organic ... clean store with self-checkouts. Staff seemed very friendly.

    Great store, great staff, and clean! The old one on Balboa was getting pretty ghetto and it clearly rubbed off on the staff who weren't all too enthusiastic to work there. I wouldn't be, either. In the new remodeled SA store it's clear the staff take pride in keeping it nice! I was very upset to see our Ralph's go away, and surprised when they only relocated a couple miles away. Definitely will continue to shop here.
