    They’re terrible! Every month I need to pick up my medicine and they make it so confuse, they ask me to call my Dr. My Dr. get so mad because she says that they should just give my medicine. Also they’re so rude!! Looks like I’m asking a favor and they don’t want to help. TERRIBLE!! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE.

    I have four prescriptions that I have refilled periodically at Ralph's Pharmacy. Several times I have requested them to set it up so that I don't have to make a separate trip for each prescription but instead pick them all up at the same time. They seem unable to do that thereby forcing me to make more trips than necessary. During the covid-19 crisis that is completely unacceptable especially since they do not actually prepare the prescription until I arrive.

    Ralph’s pharmacist’s are alway professional. But professionalism is just one of there great qualities. I have been going there for years. They are kind and caring and have gone out of there way for me many times. Their Pharmacy tech Melanie is smart and amazing at her job. They are fast and never make you wait for long periods of time. I could elaborate on all the good qualities but just remember this. If you want a pharmacy and pharmacist’s that are knowledgeable but treat you like a family then choose Ralph’s. My true gratitude to the whole staff for everything they have done for me.
