- DDDominikaNov 15, 20251.0Some kids under 13 are allowed to join and use the equipment on regular basis while others cannot. They only sporadically check ids, I’m guessing. This location also doesn’t have any trainers on staff.

My black card membership to PF is by far the best value of any membership, subscription or self care I’ve invested in. They are fully equipped, the space is open and clean, the staff is friendly - I go at different times 5 days a week and I have a supportive experience every time. The spa area is a wonderful way to end a session. I also see that they have scholarships and support the community. I am impressed and grateful - thank you 🙏

- JSJuliana SheOct 17, 20254.0Nice facility. I’ve been going to the Poway one and this is very similar. The only things I would recommend is more welcoming staff (some more than others), and installing more ceiling fans to improve air circulation.

The water in the showers is barely warm, and the locker rooms are very cold. I end up freezing every time, it’s really uncomfortable after a workout. All other facilities are clean and new.
