I called an hour ago and asked for the manager who told me this, was put on hold for more than 11 minutes, and had to call back just to be told that he was not there AND that because I canceled, regardless of it being BC, I would only be allowed to visit that location for the 30 days. This place reeks of miscommunication and dirty community showers. Their showers never get scrubbed! If you walk into them, you will certainly be met with someone else's pub!c hair on the shower walls, and they will be there beyond 5-6 days. The lockers themselves don't work half the time, so it defeats the purpose of having the self locks installed into the locker door if the mechanism fails 7/10 times. Easily fixable, but management will not address it. This on top of other issues I've put up with make this one of the worst gyms in all of San Diego.
