  They lie about getting a two person room and have up to 5 people in a room. I had a good experience the first time and then they treated me horribly the second! They don’t have actual nurses dispensing medication and are practicing illegal procedures. The bhts however are great.

  I’m currently a client at North Bound, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this place. From the structure of the program to the overall atmosphere, it’s clear that the staff truly care about the people here and are deeply invested in real, lasting recovery. I especially want to recognize Dustin. He is exceptional at what he does—professional, compassionate, and consistently present. He shows up with integrity, communicates clearly, and makes you feel seen and supported without judgment. His dedication and authenticity make a real difference, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. North Bound has been a challenging but incredibly meaningful part of my healing journey. I’m grateful for the support, the accountability, and the people who make this place what it is. Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about recovery.

  Great facility with a caring staff. The classes allow you to dive deep into why we do what we do. There are many case managers that you can pick from. Finding the right one for you is critical and made my time here amazing. Shout out to Rachel. They also provide a “links” program (spiritual based practice), that does wonder for recovery.
